Bottle Filling and Packaging System

Nichrome offers an efficient integrated system for bottle filling and packaging that covers a turntable, slat chain conveyor, servo auger filler, capping machine and labeling machine. The system can serve a broad range of solid and liquid applications.

The complete system can be customised as per the product to be filled and the bottle size. The Filler has a capacity of 100 to 1000 gm and delivers output of 30-40 bottles per minute depending on the filling quantity and product properties. The Capping Machine has an output speed of 1000 to 2400 bottles per hour.
